- Architecturally designed building, fashioned from 1900's Chicago style building.
- The exterior features a historically referenced brick with Tyndall stone elements and prefabricated composite accent bands.
- Extra large balconies, structurally designed to accommodate future/optional hot tubs by condo owners.
- Reinforced cast-in-place concrete floors and columns complete with reinforced concrete stairwells and elevator shaft.
- A double stud party wall between suites minimizes sound and noise.
- Heated and enclosed parking garage on main floor.
- Infill concrete block masonry around main floor exterior parking garage.
- Floors 2, 3 and 4 have 9' ceilings. Floors 5 and 6 have 10' ceilings. The 6th floor living rooms have 12' ceilings.
- Solid core interior doors in all suites. 6ft 8in doors on floors 2, 3 and 4, and 8ft doors on floors 5 and 6.
